Within a few minutes of placing an order online, you will receive an email from PayPal/betway必威ify outlining your order & payment details (Allowing you have provided the correct email address).
Once an order is dispatched, customer's will receive an automatically generated email from our shipping carrier outlining the tracking information for their in-transit parcel.
Please ensure to check Spam/Junk folders in case this email was not successfully delivered to your inbox.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email in your inbox or Junk/Spam folders, you may have misspelled your email address during the checkout process. We recommend notifying us immediately via the Contact Page
so we can re-send the order confirmation email and to correct the email address on file. Providing the wrong email address can prevent you from receiving order updates and receiving our fulfilment emails containing tracking information/instructions for your order.
POST-ORDER VERIFICATION PROCESSES/CHECKS:
Your order may be subject to a routine verification process and/or address checks. In the event these post-order checks are initiated to you via email (soon after placing your order); your response is required before your order can be fulfilled.
These checks are a duty of care which we owe our customers to minimise fraud and error of sending an order to an incorrect/incomplete address. You are responsible to act accordingly and reply promptly to all post-order verification requests.
Alamour The Label will not be held responsible for any delays due to fraud-preventative measures and/or address checks.

All orders are processed & shipped Monday thru Friday 9am - 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), excluding public holidays and weekends. Processing time for all regular orders is currently 2 business days.

All prices displayed on this website will automatically display the domestic currency of the visitors country/region. The currency shown is based by detection of the visitors IP address. At Checkout page when proceeding with another currency (Non AUD): Prices may fluctuate depending on current exchange rates. Alamour The Label processes all orders in AUD. While the content of your cart is currently displayed in a foreign currency, you will checkout using AUD at the most current exchange rate. The bank/financial institution linked to your payment method will process the conversion (in your desired currency) for you in the background and will appear in your statement.
CUSTOMS DUTIES / TAXES (Excluding USA & Australia):
Except for our USA & Australian customers; all Customs Duties & Taxes are to be payable by you to Customs at the time of import into your country for a successful delivery of your item/s.
Alamour The Label does not collect any import-related Duties/ Taxes from the customer at time of checkout. Your order will be exclusive of Duties & Taxes (ie. GST/ VAT) which will only become due & payable at your country’s border. This is not a fee by Alamour The Label, but that from your country’s border protection officials.
USA & Australia WILL NOT attract any Customs Duties or additional Taxes. You only pay what you see at checkout.
REFUSING A SHIPMENT:
In the event a customer refuses an international delivery for any unforeseen circumstance; the following charges will apply: 50% restock fee, plus any shipping costs & Taxes/ Duties paid by Alamour to ship the parcel to you. Return-shipping fees may apply if incurred.
All orders made via the online store cannot be cancelled due to change of mind, or delays made by Alamour The Label due to fraud-preventative measures and/or address checks.
